Some MTSO Functions:

MT List, where you enter your MTs, their pay rate, the accounts they do, and their email address:

Setup MT, often used daily to generate and send current data:

Import, and the options for importing. It is also here you specify the line counting to be used for the client.
Import (1) updates the address database with any new addresses, (2) updates the patient database, (3) applies any options selected and (4) moves the file to the appropriate folder. Files flagged needing proofing will not import until marked as corrected copy.
 
Parse ADT will take the hospital Admit-Transfer-Discharge report or a patient list from a doctor's office and incorporate any new information into the patient database. In this screen shot, we are testing the HL7 rule against the input file as we create a new rule for the facility.

MTSO adds reporting functions, and you even create your own report for the facility.

Complete 24/7 file operations are facilitated via MPSentinel. You write the rules (a fill-in-the-blanks kind of thing), and the program executes those rules at the interval specified. Included are FTP, Email, Move, Copy and Import.
